About the Author:

I am a retired U.S. Army Airborne Ranger who writes books based on experience gained
during my military career.  The focus is military Special Operations and the hunt for our
missing Prisoners of War and Missing in Action, from the war in Southeast Asia.  My writing
is non-fiction as I am a subject matter expert in both arenas.

I retired from the U.S. Army in August 2004 after a very diverse career.  I attended Basic
Training and Advanced Individual Training at Fort Sill, Oklahoma and later graduated from
the Officer Candidate School and was commissioned a Second Lieutenant in 1991.

My

Bronze Service Star (Combat Parachute Jump).  Static Line and Military Free Fall Master
Parachutist.

Currently, I am a military contractor working for the U.S. Army in Afghanistan and Iraq.
